Products are delivered throughout Estonia. We offer several delivery options so you can choose the most suitable and convenient solution according to your needs.
Delivery Options
Parcel Locker
Smaller products suitable for parcel lockers can be delivered to a parcel locker.
We offer parcel locker services with the following providers:
• DPD parcel locker – €2.59
• Omniva parcel locker – €3.10
• SmartPosti parcel locker – €2.54
Parcel locker availability depends on the product’s dimensions and weight and is shown in the shopping cart.
Courier Delivery to the Front Door
Furniture is delivered on a pallet to the front door of the building or the stairwell entrance. Carrying the items indoors and installation are not included in this service.
Indoor Delivery with Installation
At your request, we deliver the furniture indoors and also provide installation. The service includes professional carrying and installation as agreed.
Self-Pickup
You may collect your order free of charge from our production facility in Viljandi on working days.
The delivery option is selected in the shopping cart, and the price depends on the chosen service.
Delivery Area
Delivery is available throughout Estonia.
Delivery to hard-to-access areas is subject to a separate agreement.
Delivery Times
The delivery time for custom-made furniture depends on the production time and is specified when placing the order.
The delivery period starts from the receipt of payment or according to the agreed contract.
Orders are dispatched in full (partial deliveries are not provided).
Delivery Time Arrangement
The customer will be contacted in advance before delivery.
Delivery takes place on working days within the agreed time window.
Evening and weekend deliveries are not available.
Receiving the Goods
Please check the condition of the packaging upon receipt.
Any visible damage must be noted immediately and we must be informed as soon as possible.
Additional Information
Free delivery may apply during promotional campaigns (conditions will be displayed separately).
Upstairs, island, special handling fees and detailed installation prices are agreed separately.
International transport is subject to a separate agreement.
